The Cheerleading Worlds 2019 was a turning point for many programs. With 21 divisions, we saw more teams take the podium than ever before. 65 teams took home a globe after a tie for first and a tie for third place in two separate divisions. For Cheer Theory’s annual weighted ranking, we award five points for first place, three points for second place, and one point for third place. We add it all up and reverse rank each program starting with the highest point ranking.
