Here's Who's Invited To The MAJORS 2027

August 3, 2026 – Today, The MAJORS announced which teams have accepted their invitation to compete at the 2027 event, scheduled for January 15, 2027, in Indianapolis, Indiana. The MAJORS is often considered the most selective event in competitive all-star cheerleading. Every Summer, Varsity announces who has accepted their invitation to compete at the prestigious event.

The MAJORS is a one-night event held on the Friday before JAMfest Super Nationals. JAMfest Cheer Super Nationals 2027 will take place January 16-17, 2027.

The MAJORS 2027 team list currently includes 25 teams, 12 coed and 13 all-girl. For coed teams, there are three Extra Small Coed, three Small Coed, five Medium Senior Coed, and one Large Coed team. For all-girl teams, there are two Extra Small Senior, three Small Senior, two Medium Senior, and six Large Senior teams. The full list of MAJORS 2027 teams is below. 

NEW FOR THIS SEASON: Fans will get to vote for the final two teams invited to The MAJORS 2027. You can learn more about that process on JAMfest’s Instagram here. Voting will begin September 8, 2026.
