Another cheer weekend is in the books and 21 more teams are heading to the Cheerleading Worlds in Orlando. There were 3 Worlds bid events and many, many regional events across the country that awarded Summit and D2 Summit bids. We saw great performances all the way from Washington to Texas to Ohio. American Spirit Championships – Oklahoma City, OK

We saw a handful of Southern teams go head-to-head in ASC. They awarded 2 full paid and 4 at-large bids to Worlds. Cheer Athletics Swooshcats and Woodlands Elite Recon snatched those full paids, upgrading from their earlier won at-large bids. Woodlands Elite Generals competed for their THIRD weekend in a row and had another pair of great performances.

ATC International Championships – Bellevue, WA

One of the Pacific Northwest’s only Worlds bid events awarded 2 full paid and 4 at-large bids to Worlds this weekend. Pacific Coast Magic Resurrection and Oregon Dream Team Dream upgraded their at-large bids to full paids this weekend. Congratulations to all the winners, we’ll see you in Orlando!

Champion Cheer Central Hard Rockin’ National Cheer and Dance Championship

CCC was the largest Worlds bid event of the weekend where they awarded 3 full paid and 6 at-large bids. Indiana Ultimate Insanity, Ohio Extreme small senior coed 5, and Ohio Extreme Extreme Queens took home the full paid bids.
