CheerUPDATES was on the scene at Woodlands Elite’s Parent Showcase in Houston, Texas and gave us our first look at one of the Worlds’ favorite programs. After endlessly rewatching their videos, all we can say is that we agree with cheerUPDATES…Woodlands Elite looked PREPARED.

As I’m sure you recall, Generals was one of the most popular and successful teams in the 2016-2017 season. This year, they’re looking stronger than ever and ready for redemption. Black Ops has a routine packed full of skill and creativity – like hello back tuck, back handspring doubles. GI Janes are headed into their second season with a routine that has a new sense of confidence. Recon has some of the coolest pyramid elements I’ve seen in small coed so far this season.

As cheerUPDATES noted, Woodlands has not one, but two junior 5 teams, Junior Ops and Bombers, who look great already. Junior 5 teams are quickly becoming my favorite divisions to watch, it’s so fun to watch such young athletes perform elite routines. Also shoutout to Bomb Squad for having a killer level 4 routine!

Good luck this season Woodlands!
